Mimi is the owner and founder of Dessert'D Organic Bake Shop, one of the first and only organic bakeries in the country. Dessert'D operates in the remote mountain town of Mammoth Lakes, California making it one of the highest elevation bakeries baking up sweets at 8,000 feet. Mimi has made a name for herself by creating recipes that can be made at both sea level and high altitude, with just one simple adjustment. Mimi is an editor at The Feedfeed where she curates the High Altitude Baking Feed to inspire other high altitude bakers within the food community. She is also a cookbook author of the books Cookies for Everyone  and The Mountain Baker. Mimi's recipes represent the kind of lifestyle she lives, with minimal and organic ingredients. She also caters to many allergies such as vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free, egg free - and her recipes are always adaptable.
